Calibration plot of naringenin in methanol using methanol and 0.5% ortho-phosphoric acid in MilliQ water as mobile phase in the ratio of (70:30). The chromatogram was detected at 289 nm and the analysis was performed at 30 °C (column oven temperature), with a flow rate of 1 ml/min and injection volume of 20 μl. The range of the calibration curve was 0.5 μg/ml to 40 μg/ml
