Chromatogram showing peak of free naringenin associated with the PLGA nanoparticles. Naringenin entrapped was calculated after subtracting the amount of free drug from the total amount of drug in nanoparticles. The method uses methanol and 0.5% ortho-phosphoric acid in triple distilled water as mobile phase in the ratio (70:30). The chromatogram was detected at 289 nm and the analysis was performed at 30 °C (column oven temperature), with a flow rate of 1 ml/min and injection volume of 20 μl
