  1. a T m could not be calculated for −2 gain due to low fluorescence signal, and the melting curves were below threshold. ΔT m of protein for ten compounds (C1 to C10). The ΔT m of protein was measured at different gain levels set within the same experimental run that were used to determine the binding affinity; T m of the protein (T m ref) = 58.4 ± 0.2°C. The ΔT m were calculated by the Rotor-Gene Q-Pure Detection software version 2.0.2 (Build 4).
